"For Godly sorrow works repentance to salvation not to be regretted: but the sorrow of the world works death." II Corinthians 7:10 Godly sorrow leads to a way (Jesus) where truth (Jesus), life (Jesus)  and freedom (Jesus) are found. Godly sorrow ends in joy and peace reconciled to the Father through the Son by the power of the Holy Spirit. All other sorrow, ends eternally in sorrow, ends in falsehood, lies, deceit, ends in death, condemnation, judgment, terror, hostility, separated from God in bondage to sin. It is the goodness of God that leads us to repentance. Romans 2:4

He shall die without instruction; and in the greatness of his folly he shall go astray. Proverbs 5:21-23 Repent, return to Jesus Christ, your first love...

"My son, give attention to my words; Incline your ear to my sayings. Do not let them depart from your eyes; Keep them in the midst of your heart; For they are life to those who find them, And health to all their flesh. Keep your heart with all diligence, For out of it spring the issues of life. Put away from you a deceitful mouth, And put perverse lips far from you. Let your eyes look straight ahead, And your eyelids look right before you. Ponder the path of your feet, And let all your ways be established. Do not turn to the right or the [...]

“For I testify about them that they are zealous for God, but not on the basis of knowledge. Because they were ignorant of God’s righteousness and sought to establish their own, they did not submit to God’s righteousness“ Romans 10:2-3
